Tata Communications reveals how organisations are progressing towards becoming digital-first organisations – and why the leaders are performing better than the rest. In this report, we assess the characteristics and performance of companies at different stages of the journey to becoming digital-first organisations. Our findings are based on an international survey of 750 senior executives.
